MyNutritionInsider.com - Xenadrine EFX

Xenadrine EFX is one of the new fat burning, weight loss drugs that is taking up the slack left in the wake in the Ephedra scandal. Several studies have concluded that even though Xenadrine EFX does not contain Ephedra, it may still be subject to some of the same problems experienced by similar drugs, including the possibility of increasing one’s blood pressure. In one study, the drug actually boosted heart rates by anywhere from 10 to 15 beats per minutes.

Other studies have reached more promising conclusions for Xenadrine EFX, however. In one study, participants who were given Xenadrine EFX experienced a substantial increase in weight loss over those who were given a placebo.

In addition, these same study participants also experienced an increase in muscle mass that eluded the placebo-taking members. One particularly positive aspect of this study was that none of the participants experienced any side effects.

Despite this, of course, one should always be aware of the side effects of any drug. Xenadrine EFX has been known to come with the usual suspects: increased anxiety, headaches, racing heart, nausea, and a sudden surge of energy. In addition, other users have also experienced unusual blotches or discoloration of the skin.

The good news is that this particular side effect goes away once the person stops using Xenadrine EFX. Although this may be unpleasant, there is actually a physiological reason for it. Xenadrine contains tyrosine, which contributes to the production of melanin pigments.

Xenadrine EFX is quickly becoming one of the most popular products people turn to for losing weight and it is certainly everywhere to be found on the internet. The number of sites selling Xenadrine EFX is fast approaching the number of sites featuring scantily clad women in seductive poses.

Okay, not really, but if you are interested in pursuing more information, or even if this little article as sparked your interest just enough to fork over the cash required to get you a bottle, you will no have trouble locating a seller.

Before you make that move, however, you should also be aware that in 2005 the US Federal Trade Commission filed a suit against some of the top marketers of Xenadrine EFX, charging them with making misleading claims about the product’s ability to help one lose weight.

As with any product that seems to good to be true, you should never be completely taken in by the promises made on a site that is intent on selling you something. But if you just use some common sense and realize that no drug of any kind will have the same reaction on everybody, it may be worth your time and money to give it shot.
